My first date would usually depend on my date and whatever she wanted to do,to make her feel at ease and a little more comfortable with me.But if she gave me the choice of something to do,then my first date with someone would be a casual thing,a meal somewhere to chat and get to know them a little more,then maybe a movie,and after that maybe to a bar/pub afterwards to talk more and get to know each other more.
