I walk several miles a day and enjoy it!
I am smart, witty and very funny. I make people laugh. I like hiking, digital photography. I have a blog where I write about politics and other things that tickle my fancy. I like movies that are a bit off, say Tarantino and Hitchcock, and tv shows like Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, The CSIs and the Laws and Orders. I enjoy, and in fact need to keep on, learning new things and keeping up with the world around me. I really enjoy watching others lambaste all things human on tv with shows like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Report, The Simpsons, The Family Guy and South Park. I love comedy and stand-up comics cuch as George Carlin, Chris Rock and Margaret Cho. I despise the presidency of George W Bush and it's agenda and his puppet, Stephen Harper, as well.
I am not shy about my opinions and I certainly inherited an Irish sense of humour.
I am at my best when I am with someone who is also smart and witty and generally a curious person: someone who talks when there is something to be said - not just blathers away like a drunk parrot during happy hour.

First Date
I like to talk on a first date so a movie or a loud club is bad - a quiet dinner, meeting for a drink, or a walk is good. We need to see if we "click".
