We have spent every weekend together since and love to be together even if we don't do anything except be together. We have found happiness, in each other.  | We met through pof and talked online for about a week or so, then talked on the phone for a few weeks. We met face to face sometime in September.He is planning on moveing in with me this summer and we are planning on getting married late summer early fall. I am so glad we took the chance because there is about a three hour distance between us, but that doesn't matter when you know the relationship is right.  | We met on-line her at Plenty of Fish. Our first date was June 30, 2006. I was quite anxious to meet him, because he had an awesome voice and we seemed to have a lot simlar interests. On this date we had dinner at a White Spot and then drove to a park for a walk. I expressed my thoughts, "wouldn't it be great if people could jump into the middle of a relationship". My thoughts based on the fact that I am 42 and had done the dating thing for a while. He seemed inspired by this concept. On our second date he came with gifts...flowers and four garden faeries (because I told him I liked faeries) Our third date was driving trip to Seattle Airport as I had to drop my sister off. We had a great day together. He even asked for time off work to join us. Honestly, enough clicked from the beginning and we received a strong sense that we could work through tough times when they come. Well, today is our two week anniversary from our wedding day, January 27, 2007. I think I picked a very good man, who will stick with me through good and bad times. I am very happy!  | We chatted for a couple of days on line....and then Samuel asked to meet up. He took me to a beautiful private beach in NZ, where we talked walked along the shore and talked all day. He then took me out to a beautiful restaurant on the river for dinner and it was Guy fawkes and there was fireworks going off everywhere, (not just in the sky!). I was so happy and relaxed and I just knew this was it. A week later we were engaged and set the wedding for for a year later. We fell pregnant in between and now have a beautiful baby son-10 weeks old! We are getting married in five days!...cant wait!...and we owe it all to POF! |
