 | I had created my profile on POF and really had no expectations, I looked through some of the men's profiles, and answered a few that same evening. As a mom of 2 kids, I honestly thought that I would never find anyone willing to accept me and my children. As I was searching through some of the men's profiles, I found one, this amazingly handsome man, I remembered thinking this is really a long shot, there is no way he is going to be interested in me. Well turns out, he replied back, we wrote back and forth for about 2 weeks, before finally meeting for coffee in person, coffee led to lunch that same day, and from then on we were inseparable. We began chatting online in the evenings and found that we had a lot in common. It grew to chatting in the morning before I went to work. We finally met when he dropped by my work one afternoon and he was a sight in his boots, khakis, shirt and tie as well as his cowboy hat. We talked for a while then we decided to get together for church one night. We started spending more and more time together until we knew it was fate.  | I had been on and off of Plenty of fish for about two years and I was pretty close to giving up when I met Ronnie. Ronnie lived in Tulare, CA and I lived in Bakersfield, CA. We started talking on the phone May 31st, 2006 and met on June 3rd, 2006. I can honestly say it was love at first site. Ronnie and I became a couple the next day. As we lived in two towns it was kind of hard at first, but I made the sacrifice and quit my job to come and live with Ronnie. Ronnie proposed to me in August.
