 | We both passed up each other's pic thinking the other wouldn't like us. Then one evening 2 days before Easter 2006 he IM'd me. We chatted for about 10 minutes, talked on the phone, and met all in one night. About 3 weeks later we knew we had met our "match". On June 9th, 2006 he proposed and the rest is history. In the 10 months we have known each other we have never raised a voice at each other. We are similar in the way we work out problems. We love the same hobbies and have all the same hopes and dreams. (By the way, I wasn't even looking for someone...my cousin thought I worked too much to meet anyone so she said that if I didn't put a profile on POF, she would! Thanks cuz!)  | I had been on "Plenty of Fish" for a while but had no luck, so I cancelled my membership. Then one day I went back onto the site to see what was new. There I saw a pic of a wonderfully honest face, it just seemed to speak to me. So I waited for a couple of weeks before I sent an email because I had so many bad experiences with internet dating. Finally I figured nothing ventured nothing gained, and sent him an email. We met that same evening and on the third date he made me a picnic in the park....I was hooked. We saw each other every day for 7 months and on January 27th 2007 we were married. At our wedding reception we told everyone that we met on a dating site...."Plenty of Fish'.
