 | My name is Michala and I started talking David on Plety of Fish on September 23, 2006. I had just recently escaped out of a four year abusive relationship. From the time I was a little girl I knew what kind of person I wanted to marry but I had lost hope when I had gotten in that bad relationship. I e-mailed David and he had e-mailed me back so I sent him a note back. With some help from God David happened to be online and we talked for about five hours way into the middle of the night and said we would talk again the next day. The next early evening we talked for awhile and I was still quit depressed and he said "Why don't you go visit a friend?" I said well I just moved to this area and I dont know anyone. He said "Well I'm a friend." My heart jumped for the first time in almost four years I was so excited. He said that he had went on a date with another girl but they hadnt talked in a week and he wasnt sure where it was going but we meet as friends. I said well you know I really like you and you have saved my life I dont know if I just keep friends he said well lets meet and see. We met at QT and then went to his house to talk. I could not look him in the eye I was really shy. We talked for about three hours then I went home and he gave several good night kisses. I said what about the other girl he said "I will e-mail her and tell her I met someone very special" I was at his house or he was at mine every night since then. A really awesome thing is the first five times we met and talked at his house the TV never came on we had so much in common. I truly had that feeling that you know when you meet the right person. He is so amazing. We said our first " I LOVE YOU's" I believe in the second week of meeting. Things went very well and in November I moved in with him. Two weeks later he bought and engagment ring without me knowing and I was going to give it to me on February 14th 2007, but he couldnt contain himself and proposed to me that night. We are going to get married on September 22, 2007. We will be on our honeymoon in Flordia on our ONE YEAR anniversery. I'm so happy and so lucky for Plety of Fish because if it wasnt for them and David I would not be alive today. THANK YOU MUCH!! |
 | Leslie and Ray met on PLenty of fish Website.It was a last stop for ray and a joke to Leslie. She was just playing around and miking fun of the single dating sites. that was until she came across Plenty of Fish. She saw a profile that looked interesting to her and felt a connection inside that had to be investigated. ray on the other hand was looking for that one special lady that he would evntually rock grand babies on the porch with. It seemed that she would evade his seeking until he began to chat with Leslie. Her sweet charm and picture posted and her profile drew him closer to investigate. They planned a meeting and from forst site feel in love!!! They have since moved in together and plan on being married in Sept 2007.... They also play in a band together sing and spend wonderful times and moments together. They have 6 children between them...BRADY LIKE HUH??  | At first the woman that I later married started off just kind of being on and off pen pals. Then I drove to the city where she lived and found her house. From my eyes first meeting hers I knew that I had found the girl that I was to spend the rest of my life with. We got married on October 7,2006 and couldn't be happier with the choice that we have made in one another. |
 | Scott first messaged me in April of 2006. I had been single for almost a year, by choice, after getting out of a very stressful and damaging relationship. I have three children, the youngest having been born in February of 2006. I was fearful of a new realtionship after being so hurt in the past. Scott & I spoke for hours every day on MSN, and the phone. He lived 3000 miles away from me in Ontario. In June of 2006, he moved across the country to be with me. He became the best father I could ever have hoped to give my children, and the most wonderful partner and friend to me. Scott asked me father's permission for my hand in marriage at Christmas this year. It was the happiest moment of my life. We're now planning our wedding for October of 2007. All my life I dreamed, hoped, and wished for the happy ending I had always seen in the movies. I'm now so blessed to be living this wonderful life with the man I had always longed for.
