 | Wally and I met on plentyoffish. I had been married for 33 years and I was devastated when my x left. My daughter suggested six months later that I start internet dating. I was looking for my soulmate this time. I met a lot of really great guys on this site but Wally, from the start was on paper, perfect for me. We met for coffee the first time and knew that we had to meet again. We had dinner a couple of days later and found that we were great with each other and had so much in common we were already falling in love. I was going out of town for Christmas and I had booked my flight to come back after January 1st but missed him so much that I came back to celebrate New Years with him. We had only known each other for a few months but in March 2006 he proposed to me in a very romantic setting and I said yes. Our life just seems to get better and better we do everything together with our family of 4 dogs and two cats and we are blissfully happy. Our Wedding Day is July 7, 2007 but we feel that the two of us have been soulmates forever. Life begins in your 50's people believe it!! |
 | we meet thru plenty and e-mailed for many months before we spoke to each other in april 2006.then 5 months later we spoke on the phone for the first time it was a very special time.The first time we saw each other was with the web cam it was amazing when we saw each other and we fell in love ther and then. then in the may i went to china and we met for the first time. it was the most wonderful experience. I then sorted out the papers for lian to come to england on a marridge visa. she came in the september and we married in december we are both so much in love and we are expecting our first baby in august. |
 | Trav and I met on Plentyoffish.com. We sent a few emails and briefly decided it was time to have an actual phone conversation. We talked, (and flirted) forever over the phone before we decided to meet in person. Travis offered to come all the way out where i lived to help me go pick up my broke-down car. We hung-out the whole day and, literally, since then we have never been apart! Travis proposed shortly after in June and we were married in September! We both new what we wanted, and we were right.
